Ingredients
2lb fish of your choice, cubed into 3/4-1 inch pieces
1 small onion, diced
2 stalks green onion choped
1/4 cup shoyu
2 T sesame oil
2 T ginger, grated
2 T inamona or mac nuts, finely chopped (optional)
2 t Hawaiian salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place cubed fish in a bow with the shoyu and sesame oil and toss gently with a spoon.
Step 2
Add the onion and the rest of the ingredients and mix gently till all combined.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 5 min
Step 4
Eat and enjoy on its own or with hot rice!
