Ingredients

  • 2lb fish of your choice, cubed into 3/4-1 inch pieces

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 stalks green onion choped

  • 1/4 cup shoyu

  • 2 T sesame oil

  • 2 T ginger, grated

  • 2 T inamona or mac nuts, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 t Hawaiian salt

Preparation

Step 1


Place cubed fish in a bow with the shoyu and sesame oil and toss gently with a spoon.



Step 2


Add the onion and the rest of the ingredients and mix gently till all combined.


Step 3


Refrigerate for 5 min


Step 4


Eat and enjoy on its own or with hot rice!
